Estate Planners We Collaborate With

Our Mission Statement

We focus on our clients in this law office. We want each visit to our office to be a pleasant and welcoming experience. We want to learn all we can about each client so that we can better understand his or her unique hopes, dreams, aspirations, and needs. We want to individualize and personalize each estate plan to meet these needs of each of our clients. In this endeavor our goals are:

  • To listen and learn.
  • To respond in a timely manner to our clients’ needs and requests.
  • To give professional, accurate, up-to-date estate planning advice.
  • To create estate planning documents which are easy to read and understand and avoid legalese.
  • To strive for perfection in the details of each document we produce.
  • To present estate planning documents to our clients with clear and complete explanations.
  • To spend the time needed to ensure that our clients are satisfied with both their experience in our office, as well as with the documents we present to them.
  • Keep your affairs free from publicity, and the costs and delay of probate.

When clients leave our office, we hope they feel we have listened to them, understood them, responded to them. We hope they will feel that they have a comprehensive and personalized estate plan and that they understand their estate plan. We hope our clients will be completely satisfied with all aspects of their interactions with us. We encourage open communication with our clients. When we fail a need of a client or if we fail to achieve our mission, we hope our client will let us know.

Our Logo

We call our logo the "river of wealth." It symbolizes family wealth and values enlarging over the generations, not shrinking over the time as is the usual case.
